Through its affiliate, Ella Thompson Ministries, LUSTRA™ offers an organizational leadership track designed for executives, senior administrators, and entrepreneurs in governmental agencies, higher education, nonprofit, and for-profit institutions. This formation track focuses on responsibility, decision-making, capacity, boundaries, and sustainability. 

LUSTRA™ Women’s Formation Collective is governed by the Mission-Aligned Margin™ Method and practiced through the Integrated Authority™ formation pathway—an integrated approach to cultivating authority, discernment, and sustainability over time.
